Almond Crusted Salmon

   – Ingredients:

     – 4 salmon fillets

     – 1 cup almonds, finely chopped

     – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

     – 2 tablespoons honey

     – Salt and pepper to taste

   – Instructions:

     1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

     2. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and honey.

     3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the mustard-honey mixture over each fillet.

     4. Press the finely chopped almonds onto the top of each salmon fillet to create a crust.

     5. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the almonds are golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.

     6. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
