Dry Fruits Home – Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

Due to the quality standards of dry fruits, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Customers may request a return within two days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags. Once we receive the item, Dry Fruits Home will conduct a quality check. If approved, we will process a cash-back refund promptly.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, based on the situation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team with your order number and photos.

 

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has not been shipped , to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a Order Shipping has already been made.
